Hi

I am looking for a solution where my webservice could trigger an event in response of which client applications could perform certain tasks. In other words, I want to avoid clients going back to webservice for information about their next actions, instead i want webservice to direct clients, when needed.

Is it possible?

If its not possible, I am thinking to use SIP somewhere in there to maintain sessions.
