What are the best methods to setting up a self-service password reset when your users don't have email accounts?
The only thing I can come up with is a Security Question like "what is your mother's maiden name?" or something similar.
Is there something I'm not thinking of, or is that really about it. Entertaining all ideas from the simple to the complex here.
